It consists of 14 articles authorizing the imports of the aforementioned plant variety seed within the following periods: between 15 January and 31 March 2000, between 1 December 2000 and 31 March 2001, and between 1 December 2001 and 31 March 2002, establishing the 31 March as the last day of such importation within the national territory, according to EC Commission Decision No. 1999/751 of 4 November.
