Any natural or legal person in possession of a patent or user’s licence may submit the following documentation to the Ministry of Agriculture for registration: (a) application; (b) notarized copy of state registration; (c) notarized copy of patent or user’s licence; (d) notarized copy of land ownership or land tenure certificate; and (e) biological characteristics of plant variety.
