Résumé

The present Regulation establishes general modalities of the observance of sanitary requirements for the purpose of the conservation of biological sustainability of the forestation, prevention of the damage caused to forests by pests and disease in the process of forest management and the execution of work not related to forestry. The present Regulation is compulsory for citizens, enterprises, institutions, organizations and legal persons irrespectively of their organizational form and departmental subordination carrying out forestry arrangements or owning plots of forests. The Regulation consists of 7 Sections. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 regards forestry sanitary measures and their purposes. Section 3 establishes sanitary requirements for timber-extraction. Section 4 establishes sanitary requirements for timber storage in warehouses, loading points and for transportation. Section 5 establishes sanitary requirements for tapping and resin harvesting. Section 6 establishes sanitary requirements for recreational forest. Section 7 deals with control and supervision over the strict observance of forestry sanitary requirements and establishes the liability for their infringement.
