This Order shall apply without prejudice to other specific provisions. For the purposes of this Order, the terms are defined as follows: a) traditional food manufactured on national territory and for using local raw materials, which has the composition of food additives, showing a traditional recipe, a production and/or processing and traditional technology that distinguishes it from similar products of the same category; b) traditional item by which a product is distinguished from other similar products of the same category; c) certification of traditional product is the recognition through its registration; d) local raw material used to obtain traditional product which is produced within the national territory.
