This Order enters into force on 1 September 2022.
Résumé

Regulation establishes the procedure of issuing a phytosanitary certificate, a re-export phytosanitary certificate, a quarantine certificate. Phytosanitary certificate is issued on each batch of regulated products exported from the territory of the Russian Federation, if it is provided by the requirements of the importing country. Re-export phytosanitary certificate is issued for regulated products imported into the territory of the Russian Federation for the purpose of subsequent export of such regulated products, if during storage, separation, repackaging a batch of such regulated products has not been contaminated and (or) choked with weeds and corresponds to quarantine phytosanitary requirements of the importing country. A quarantine certificate is issued for each batch of regulated products when it is exported from quarantine phytosanitary zones established in connection with the identification of quarantine object, infection and (or) contamination of which is typical for the exported regulated products.
