Such reserves shall be classified as biological and have an indeterminate term list of particularly dangerous animal diseases their boundaries or their reorganization or liquidation shall be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation. The establishment of nature reserves shall not authorize the expropriation of land on which they are situated. The main purposes of these nature reserves are: (a) the conservation, reproduction, stock enhancement of endangered and rare species, and protecting their habitats, migration routes, nidification, hibernation and ecological balance; and (b) provide for biotechnological measures to enhance the habitats of protected species. Any activity contrary to the above purposes of these nature reserves or that damages nature complexes or their components, including cultivation, timber extraction, hunting or fishing, shall be prohibited.
