This Order enters into force on the day after its publication and takes effect on 1 January 2023.
Résumé

This Order establishes the national rules for the application of monitoring regimes within the scope of the intervention: «Improve animal feed efficiency to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions», for the bovine meat, and the intervention: «animal well-being and rational use of antimicrobials», for the animal welfare, provided for in Order No. 54-E/2023 of 27 February, establishing the system for applying the support to be granted under Article 31 of EU Regulation No. 2021/2115 (Parliament and the Council) with regard to the application of the interventions of the ecological regimes of Axis «A — Yield and sustainability», and the certification regime in the intervention «Soil conservation — Biodiverse pastures», provided for in Order No. 54-C/2023 of 27 of February, establishing the system for applying the support provided for in interventions to be granted under article 70 of Regulation (EU) 2021/2115, of the European Parliament and of the Council, with regard to the application of the domain «C. 1 — Environmental and climate management» of PEPAC Portugal.
