Résumé This Order promotes economic- and environmentally- friendly use of energy for heating, by supplying hot water to reduce energy production from oil. It applies to costs related to the national Energy authorities' administration associated with establishing and operating approved Appeal Tribunals on energy issues, and which shall be paid by distribution companies. Specific charges are as follows: for 2010 charges of DKK 127.86 each TJ (Terajoule), and for 2011 charges of 130.97 each TJ (of which DKK 124.46 for the national energy Monitoring Body, and DKK 6.51 for the Appeal Tribunal for energy-related matters.
