It consists of 14 articles and 1 annex establishing maximum quota and prohibiting this fishing activity during week-end within the waters under Portuguese jurisdiction. It specifies the geographical limits of the authorized fishing area, establishing seasons and maximum 10% of by-catch of the total landing.
