Order No. 510 of the Federal Forest Agency validating the Regulation on forest management for growing forest fruit plants, berry plants, ornamental plants and medicinal plants.

This Order regulates the issues of forest management for growing forest fruit plants, berry plants, ornamental plants and medicinal plants. The aforesaid forest management shall be considered entrepreneurial activity that shall be regulated by forest lease contracts concluded between forest administration and natural and legal persons. Primarily for growing forest fruit plants, berry plants, ornamental plants and medicinal plants shall be conceded non-forest land out of stock of public forest, still unforested felling areas, and other unforested areas where natural reforestation is impossible without planting forest species. Lease holders shall carry out their activity in conformity with forest organization projects, shall comply with terms and provisions lease contract and shall prevent soil erosion.
