The objects of soil monitoring shall be agricultural land (arable land, perennial plants, meadows, pastures, land under temporary conservation). Soil monitoring of agricultural land shall be carried out in conformity with the national and regional programs of soil monitoring. Soil monitoring of agricultural land shall be carried out for the purpose of timely exposure of the composition of soil, assessment thereof, elimination of the consequences of the negative processes and elaboration of scientifically substantiated systems of farming and agricultural technologies.
