Résumé

This Order approves the Regulation for the environmental measures to be applied within the Rural Development Plan - RURIS. The Regulation consists of 8 chapters and 8 annexes establishing the financial assistance regime with the following purposes: a) promote agricultural land exploitation according to the protection and improvement of the environmental sector (including natural resources, soil and biodiversity protection); b) promote agricultural activity and the management of extensive meadows; c) natural heritage and cultivated land protection ; d) preserve nature from pollution; e) promote the use of environmental planning for agricultural exploitations. The Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions and definitions (Chap. 1); Environmental, soil and water protection and improvement (2); Natural heritage and agricultural land preservation (3); Conservation and improvement of cultivations (4); Conservation of natural ecosystems within agricultural areas (5); Protection of genetic biodiversity (6); Licensing and requirements to obtain a financial assistance (7); Final provisions (8).
