Résumé

The Acting President of the Federal Fisheries Committee orders to establish that for the purpose of coastal fisheries in the defined area of water pertaining to the territorial sea in the Barents sea, seas of the Far-Eastern basin and the contiguous waters can be used the types of fishing vessels which length between the perpendiculars doesn’t exceed 34 metres (in accordance with the Annex 1), for coastal fisheries in the depth over 100 metres in the defined areas of water within the Petropavlovsk-Komandor fishing sub area and the Northern Kuril fishing area shall be allowed the use of medium tonnage fishing vessels which length between the perpendiculars doesn’t exceed 55 metres (in accordance with the Annex 2). All types of transport and storage vessels can be used for transhipment. The aforesaid vessels shall not be authorized to carry out fisheries.
