Résumé

Vice-president of the Committee on Geology and Use of Subsoil orders to validate the Regulations. Territorial commissions on mineral deposits are authorized to examine materials regarding: a) wide-spread minerals and groundwater of local importance; b) the plots of subsoil used for the construction of and operation of underground works of local importance not connected with the extraction of minerals; c) deposits of minerals listed in the official letter of the Committee. The main task of the territorial commissions on mineral deposits is valuation of the reliability of the information concerning the stock of minerals and other properties of subsoil and the possibility of the use of the aforesaid information for the projected purposes.
