Résumé This Order regulates slaughtering procedures for cattle of 30 months of age, according to EC Commission Regulation No. 2777/2000 of 18 December. It consists of 19 articles establishing slaughterhouse requirements and sanitary inspections to be carried out by the veterinary service in order to slaughter and trade the aforementioned bovine meat.
