Order No. 371-P of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection validating the Instruction on state supervision over environmental protection.

This Order establishes the modalities of state supervision over environmental protection by the authorized state institution to further the conservation and improvement of environment. State supervision shall be primarily aimed at monitoring compliance with and enforcing environmental protection legislation. The state inspectors shall take measures to prevent, discover and stop violations of environmental legislation and hold offenders liable. The Order also establishes the plenary powers of environmental inspectors.
