Résumé

This Regulation establishes the procedure for the provision by legal entities, regardless of their organizational and legal form, and by individual entrepreneurs collecting information on the state of the environment and its pollution, to the Federal Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring of this information, as well as information on emergency situations of a man-made nature, which have had, are having and (or) may have a negative impact on the environment. Information about the state of the environment and its pollution, as well as information about man-made emergencies that have had, are having and (or) may have a negative impact on environment are provided by legal entities regardless of their legal form and individual entrepreneurs, carrying out activities on the basis of licenses in the field hydrometeorology and related fields. Information about the state of the environment and its pollution refers to information obtained in the course of implementation by suppliers of activities in the field of hydrometeorology and related fields, which includes, depending on the type of observation: (a) meteorological, aerological, climatic, hydrological, oceanological, heliogeophysical (including near-Earth outer space) and agrometeorological environment; and (b) levels of pollution (including radioactive) of atmospheric air, soils, water bodies and near-Earth outer space.
