This Order enters into force 10 calendar days after the date of its official publication.
Résumé

This Order establishes the procedure for the performance of ichthyological observations at fishery waterbodies. Ichthyological observations shall be intended collection and study of data on the state of ichthyofauna of a fishery waterbody. Ichthyological observations shall be performed throughout the year by territorial subdivisions of the authorized body in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife on fishery waterbodies. Based on the results of ichthyological observations, information report shall be drawn up, including the following data: (a) accounting and characteristics of fishery waterbodies and (or) sites, data on hydrological and hydrochemical conditions; (b) accounting of allotted fishery waterbodies and (or) sites and (or) managers of wild fauna; (c) data on the state of ichthyofauna, fish feed and other aquatic animals; (d) accounting of catch of fish species disaggregated by waterbodies and fishing areas; (e) data on the total number and species composition of fish resources and other aquatic animals pertaining to the fishery; (f) data characterizing spawning migrations and spawning of valuable fish species; (g) accounting for spawning grounds and wintering holes; (h) data on the use of fishing gear and equipment in the fishery, and the participation of fishermen; (i) information on by-catch in fishing gear disaggregated by fishing area and appropriate measures taken; (j) data characterizing efficiency of waterbody stocking and reproduction of fishery species; (k) accounting of fish protection devices at water intake and discharge facilities; and (l) measures taken for prevention and elimination of suffocation.
