Résumé

This Regulation establishes the procedure for crediting projects in the agricultural sector performed by natural persona and legal entities. Credits are provided to applicants to create new or expand existing projects in the agricultural sector from the national budget and/or local budgets. Loans issued for the implementation of projects in the agricultural sector are provided through an attorney (agent). The local executive body provides budget loan funds under a contract of entrustment to an attorney (agent) in accordance with the budget and civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It establishes the maximum period for repayment of credit (10 years) and the maximum credit sum (5 billion tenge). The intended purpose of the credit is the implementation of projects in the agricultural sector aimed at creating new ones or expanding existing facilities in the following fields: (a) dairy farms (capacity from 400 heads); (b) poultry farms for meat production (from 5000 tons of poultry meat per year); (c) vegetable storage facilities (from 1000 tons); and (d) irrigated agriculture (potatoes and vegetables, feed production) using modern water saving technologies (sprinkling, drip irrigation).
