Fishing inspection shall be the competent body for organization of artisanal and sport fishing by agreement with fishing and hunting associations. Terms and conditions for the use of waterbodies shall be regulated by contracts concluded by fishing and hunting associations with fishing inspection. In some waterbodies by recommendation of scientific research institutions can be authorized artisanal and sport fishing of precious marketable fish species (prohibited for catch by natural persons in accordance with Fisheries Regulation) in accordance with fishing licence issued by fishing inspection.
