Résumé The Minister orders to validate the Regulation on the modalities of issuing hunting cards and hunters' registration on the national territory. Hunting card is the only hunting authorization for the Russian nationals (Annex 1 contains the form of the national hunting card). Foreign hunting card is the only hunting authorization valid for foreign nationals (Annex 2 contains the form of the foreign hunting card). The national hunting card is valid for 5 years and must pass yearly registration by the issuing authority by the 31st of March. The national hunting card is not valid without yearly registration mark. Foreign hunting card is issued in the hunting area either for the duration of the period of hunting contract or for the duration of the hunting invitation. The document contains 7 Annexes.
