Article 1 concerns containment measures, applicable to food retail sector activities (restaurants, bars and pubs) which can be carried out for seating only taking into account the dimensions and characteristics of the premises; as for canteens and respect the distance of one metre among the patrons. Commercial activities must allow access with contingent modalities. Article 2 lays down information and prevention measures for educational institutions, hospitals, public transport.
