Order No. 298 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating Regulation on registration (re-registration) of protected areas of national and local significance.

This Order regulates the modalities of elaboration and registration (re-registration) of protected areas of national and local significance. Protected area certificate shall be elaborated within 6 months since decision-making by the Government or by regional authorities related to institution or extension of protected areas. Registered data (indicated plant and fauna species, tourist routes etc.) shall be listed at the date of compilation. Each type of protected areas shall be assigned a proper code.
