Order No. 26 of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy validating the Regulation on the modalities of compilation of the act of ecological, emergency and technological protection of the consumer of the consumer of electric energy.

Ecological protection of the consumer of electric power is the minimum level of consumption of electric energy by the consumer (except for the population) ensuring prerequisites for the prevention of the originating of natural and technological disasters. Ecological protection of electric energy supply shall be set for the consumers whose objects are included in the register of consumers for which ecological protection is compulsory. The consumers included in the register must conform electric energy supply schemes to the requirements set for the respective categories (I or II) as regards reliability of electric energy supply. Protection of electric energy supply against emergencies shall ensure protection against negative consequences of technological and environmental disasters. Act of ecological, emergency and technological protection is the official document of the established form filled in conformity with the present Regulation that contains data regarding consumer, the list of current collectors subject to ecological, emergency and technological protection, specifying load thereof daily consumption of electric energy and the time of the conclusion of technological process. The Regulation establishes the modalities of calculation of the level of environmental protection for the purpose of ecological certification of the power supply plants.
