Résumé

The Regulation sets compulsory requirements for grain storehouse rendering services of storage of grain and derivates thereof for the owners of grain, beans, oleaginous plants and seeds. The Regulation is one of the basic documents for the organization of the state regulation of grain market and is applicable to legal persons authorized to have in ownership grain storehouses, owners of grain and certification bodies. Grain storehouse rendering service of storage of grain and its derivates shall have the compliance certificate. Grain storehouse shall provide for: 1) quantitative and qualitative storage of grains; 2) final processing of grains in order to comply with the terms and conditions of storage and standards; 3) ensuring compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements and environmental protection. The territory of grain storehouse shall comply with geological and hydrological requirements and shall have the necessary sewerage providing for disposal of groundwater and atmospheric water. Water reservoirs located on the territory of grain storehouses must comply with sanitary norms. It shall be prohibited storage on the territory of the grain storehouses in the open air production waste and grain surpluses. In the process of storage the following quality control criteria shall be applied: 1) control of temperature and relative humidity data; 2) temperature of grain mass, humidity of grain, pest control, smell, colour; 3) other quality indicators established by the normative documentation and terms and conditions of the contract of storage.
