Résumé

This Order establishes the modalities of organization and carrying out sanitary and epidemiological expertise, analysis, testing and toxicological, hygienic and other types of testing. Sanitary and epidemiological expertise shall include: (a) expertise of documentation; (b) laboratory testing; and (c) analysis of the object. Sanitary and epidemiological expert opinions shall be issued for: (a) foodstuffs, including liquors, beverages and foodstuffs produced with the use of GMO; (b) tobaccos; and (c) pesticides and agrochemicals.
