The managers of fishing water bodies (except for territorial bodies of fishing inspection) in order to carry out stock enhancement activity related to release of living aquatic resources in the fishing water bodies must submit a fortnight before to the territorial (basin, regional, inter-regional) body of fishing inspection within which sphere of competence is located the fishing body the following documentation: 1) application form (Annex 1); 2) biological substantiation on the advisability of stock enhancement; 3) veterinary certificate on the absence of fish disease fish disease in fishing water bodies from which transportation of fishes and other living aquatic resources shall be carried out; 4) schedule of release of aquatic biological resources (compiled by the manager and validated by the territorial bodies of fishing inspection); 5) authorization of the Ministry of Environmental Protection to carry out stock enhancement, acclimatization and release of living aquatic resources; 6) document attesting the purchase of living aquatic resources for the subsequent release thereof in the fishing water body (voucher for fishing quota, invoice for the purchase and other documents). The following methods of calculation and registration of the bred species shall be applied at the fish farming enterprises: 1) at the spawning and breeding fish farming enterprises that release fine-mesh species shall be applied annual registration; 2) at the spawning and breeding fish farming enterprises that release fry of sazan and bream bread jointly and do not have calculation devices shall be applied appraisal method; 3) at the salmon fish farming enterprises shall be applied sample method; 4) at the sturgeon fish farming enterprises shall be applied either sample or appraisal method.
