Résumé This Order establishes the powers of the National Service for the Protection of Plant Varieties (SNPC) under the Ministry of Agriculture. It consists of 3 articles establishing duties and competencies of the aforemetioned plant institution entitled to promote and enforce within the national territory the Regulation on Certification for Plant Variety Seeds in order to allow International trade of new plant variety seeds.
