Résumé

This Regulation establishes the procedure for importing raw cane sugar into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and confirming the intended purpose of imported goods. Authorized body in the field of development of the agro-industrial complex confirms the intended purpose of imported raw cane sugar intended for industrial processing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the amount of 350,000 (three hundred fifty thousand) tons. To obtain confirmation of the intended purpose of raw cane sugar, intended for industrial processing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, by the applicant, an application is submitted to obtain confirmation of the intended purpose of the goods according to the form contained in the Annex. The following documentation shall be attached to the application: (a) copies of contracts (agreements) on the basis of which it is planned to carry out import of raw cane sugar; and (b) copies of payment documents confirming payment for the declared goods.
