Order No. 21-p of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources validating the Regulation on keeping the state register of polluted areas of groundwater.

This Order establishes that the State register of the polluted areas of groundwater shall contain data on each area of polluted groundwater that characterizes polluted aquifers, aeration zones, basement rocks, the main pollutants present in groundwater, pollution intensity, the extension of pollution focuses and it shall be basic document for decision-making in the sphere of subsoil management. Annex 1 contains registration form of groundwater pollution.
