It authorizes ice fishing with trap nets and fishing nets with a mesh size of 55 - 60 mm. In the Volga river and avandelta, fishing with trap nets and stationary nets with a mesh size of 55 - 60 mm shall be authorized from the moment of ice break-up, but no sooner than 1 March, until 20 April. In the northwestern part of the Caspian Sea, fishing with the use of trap nets and fishing nets shall be authorized from the moment of ice break-up until 31 May and with stationary nets with a mesh size of 36 – 60 mm from the moment of ice break-up until 20 April.
