Résumé

This Regulation establishes the procedure for environmental impact assessment, defining the guidelines for drafting EIA report and determining rights and obligations of participants. Detailed assessment shall specify the amount, consequence, scope and extent of the potential adverse impacts on the environment from the project feasibility study, drawings, project development phases and subsequent projects, technological solutions, and the best way to implement projects. EIA report shall contain the following documentation: (a) assessment of hazardous and toxic chemicals; (b) rehabilitation project; (c) methodology for mine rehabilitation; (d) in case of change of watershed, modification and restoration of surface pattern; and (e) assessment team shall make a conclusion on an assessment of the project's environmental impact assessment report by an independent expert. EIA shall be applicable to the following fields: (a) mining; (b) infrastructure; (c) agriculture and industry; and (d) service sector.
