Résumé

This Order establishes annual allowable cutting rate for timber extraction in commercial forests and protection forests ensuring multi-purposeful, rational, continuing, inexhaustible and sustainable forest management based upon cutting age, conservation of biological diversity, water protection, protective and other useful properties of forests. Establishment of annual allowable cutting rate shall be carried out in the process of validation of forestry rules for forest districts and recreational forests by the authorized federal executive bodies, state bodies and local self-government. Annual allowable cutting rate shall be calculated separately for each forest district and each recreational forest distributed by coniferous, hard-wooded broadleaved and soft-wooded broadleaved forest species. Annual allowable cutting rate shall be introduced at the beginning of each calendar year.
