Résumé

The Regulation establishes the modalities of keeping the Green Book, determines the categories of the rarest, endangered and common natural plant species that require protection and must be recorded in the Green Book, and also establishes the ways of carrying out protection of the natural plant species recorded in the Green Book. The Green Book is a state register containing data on the actual state of the rarest, endangered and common natural plant species that require protection and are an important integral part of biological diversity. The Green Book contains information on each single plant community and the map of its spreading. Natural plant communities that require protection and must be recorded in the Green Book are classified in five categories. Natural plant communities recorded in the Green Book shall be subject to special protection on the national territory. The protective arrangements shall envisage protection of natural habitats and protection of plant communities against damage and annihilation.
