Résumé

This Order establishes the modalities of examining applications for issuing and rejecting phytosanitary certificates for commodities imported into or in transit through the territory of the Russian Federation that are subject to quarantine inspection, and commodities exported from the national territory by the Federal Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision Service. Phytosanitary certificates shall be issued for each lot for a period of 14 days for commodities exported to the European Union and 15 days for all other countries. The decision on the issuance or rejection of phytosanitary certificates shall be made within 30 days from the date of application. The Order contains the application form of phytosanitary certificate.
