Résumé

This Order establishes the procedure for withdrawal and destruction of products subject to quarantine inspection, contaminated with quarantine objects that cannot be disinfected or recycled with a view of prevention of introduction and spreading of quarantine species on the national territory. If the contaminated regulated products cannot be returned to the supplier, and decontamination or recycling does not guarantee complete destruction of quarantine species and there is a risk of their penetration and spread, such produce must be withdrawn and destroyed. In a case when the owner of regulated products has disappeared or has refused quarantine products contaminated with quarantine species, the issues related to the procedure for storage, removal, or destruction of regulated produce must be decided by the local executive bodies of the relevant administrative-territorial unit within one working day. Phytosanitary inspector that orders withdrawal of produce contaminated with quarantine species and that cannot be disinfected or recycled must draw a report in accordance with the Annex 1. The fact of destruction of infected regulated products is documented by the act on destruction of regulated products, infected by quarantine objects, that are not subject to disinfection or recycling in accordance with the Annex 2.
