This Order enters into force on 22 December 2007.

Résumé

This Order sets regulations on written communication for the Agency of City and Country's related to the Mining Act decisions - such as the addressees of decisions, those administratively involved in cases, public authorities who may have interest in the cases, the Association of Danish Dredging, and the Danish Fisheri Association. This information shall contain main content of decision, place where decision was presented and access to appeal.
