Résumé The Order sets regulations on approval of permits for mining at sea by extending terms and conditions thereof. Provisions of the Mineral Resources Act’s article 26b sections 3- 4 shall not apply to permit for recovery equipment or cargo volume and/or to the extension of existing terms and conditions. In adherence to the Mineral Resources Act’s article 20 section 1, Urban and Environmental Planning decisions may determine that the Mineral Resources Act’s article 26b section 3 does not apply to the modification of terms in previously issued and that provisions of article 26b section 4 do not apply to appeal against the determination of validity for extraction permit.
