Résumé

This Regulation is enacted in accordance with the Constitution, aiming at strengthening the standardization, specialization and professionalism of national integrated fire and rescue teams, enhancing the sense of responsibility, sense of honor and sense of organizational discipline of fire and rescue personnel, and facilitating the command and management as well as the legal performance of duties of national integrated fire and rescue teams. The Regulation consists of 7 Chapters: I. General Provisions; II. Classification of Fire and Rescue Ranks; III. Establishment of Fire and Rescue Ranks; IV. Initial Conferment of Fire and Rescue Ranks; V. Promotion of Fire and Rescue Ranks; VI. Retention, Demotion and Deprivation of Fire and Rescue Ranks; VII. Supplementary Provisions.
