Résumé This Order applies to machines on fixed offshore installations, as defined in the Offshore Safety Act, and the regulations for their manufacture and use – with regard to the safety of their use. The Order implements certain regulations in adherence to the Offshore Safety Act. Health and safety risks associated with the use of a machine should be decreased in accordance to standards referred and published in the European Union Official Journal.
