This Order enters into force on the day after its publication.

Résumé

This Order approves the Regulation for the Municipal Territorial Plan of Santa Catarina de Santiago (PDM-SCS). The Regulation, consisting of 6 Title and 2 Annexes, divided in 73 articles, establishes the administrative and legal regime for use, occupation and transformation of the entire territory of the Municipality of Catarina de Santiago. The Regulation specifies licence requirements, approvals and authorizations to be submitted to the competent authority. Geographical maps of these areas are appended in the Annexes. This Territorial Plan aims at managing and developing the above mentioned area according to provisions established by Legislative Decree No. 1/2006 and Decree-Law No. 43/2010.
