Résumé

The present Order, adopted by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, applies to individuals responsible for the operation of mink farms covered by the Order on Mandatory Health Counseling in Mink Farms, as well as certain instructors, in accordance with the provisions in Chapter 2 of this Order. The Order includes provisions for the training of individuals directly supervising the killing of fur animals and complements Council Regulation (EC) No 1099/2009 of 24 September 2009 on the protection of animals at the time of killing.
