Résumé

This Instruction is compulsory for every physical and juridical person that carries out slaughtering and breeding of fur-bearing animals. Liver and lung inspected and rejected as defective by veterinary inspectors can be used as fur-bearing animals' feedstuff under the following conditions 1) Liver and lung infected by invasive diseases and destined for fur-bearing animals'feedstuff during their processing at the meat processing and packing factories, slaughter-houses with refrigerators and abattoirs must be collected separately in specially marked packages; 2) It is prohibited to select liver and lung out of the whole mass of rejected as defective animal products. 3) In case of presence of other infections within liver and lung it is prohibited to use them for animal feeding. 4) Liver and lung must be delivered form the meat processing and packing factories, slaughter-houses with refrigerators and abattoirs in the form of frozen blocks, each block must contain liver and lung of the same species, extracted from the animals of the same species; 5) The blocks must be packaged in cardboard boxes, sacks, isothermal containers, cases, etc., the temperature inside the thickness of the block must not exceed 8°C; 6) Each package must be marked with at least 3-4 veterinary stamps "utility refuse" and must bear distinctive inscription "only for fur-bearing animals' feeding".
