Résumé This Methodology establishes a mechanism for determining the replacement value of green spaces (trees, bushes, lawns, flower beds) in populated areas, which is payable when green spaces are removed or lost in connection with the transfer of a plot of land to a legal entity or an individual in the prescribed manner. Determining the reproduction cost value of green plantations is carried out by a commission established in accordance with the procedure, which prepares an act of survey of green plantations to be removed, a sample of which is given in Appendix 1 to this Methodology. The reproduction cost value of trees and bushes consists of the cost of their creation (planting) and maintenance in previous years, taking into account the characteristics that determine their value. Determining the cost of planting trees and bushes is carried out in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents on pricing in construction and involves the determination of the cost of work on the preparation of standard places for planting trees and bushes by mechanized or manual methods, their planting and care for them during the two-year period of rooting and the cost of planting material.
