Résumé

The Minister, for the purpose of raising the importance and responsibility of the seaport administration as regards setting up and stable functioning of the assigned systems, points and objectives of the Global marine signal system in case of disaster and for accident prevention, orders to seaport administration and captains of seaports to forward quarterly information concerning national vessels that don't comply with the requirements of the national marine signal system. The Minister orders to validate the assignation to the organizations of the Ministry of Transport that are held responsible for their setting up and functioning (including information of the seafarers as regards safety warning) of the systems, points and objectives of the Global marine signal system in case of disaster and for accident prevention. From the beginning of 2000 seaport administration, water basin institutions and waterworks administration must provide for the signature of agreements with the respective organizations for carrying out activity and service as regards functioning of the assigned systems, points and objectives of the Global marine signal system in case of disaster and for accident prevention in accordance with the Annex 1.
