Résumé

This Order entitles the Federal Fisheries Agency with the following functions: (a) to issue certificates of allocation of quotas; (b) to carry out state monitoring of aquatic biodiversity; and (c) to make contracts for the allotment of fishing areas. The State Agricultural Supervision Service shall carry out the following functions: (a) state supervision in the area of fishing and conservation of aquatic biodiversity; and (b) suspension or early revocation of fishing authorizations.
