Résumé

This Regulation establishes that Environmental Impact Assessment Commission shall be authorized state institution in the field of environmental impact assessment. It shall be responsible for reviewing the detailed environmental impact assessment report, making a conclusion on whether to make a decision or review the report by a professional body of experts. The detailed evaluation report shall include the review of expert evaluation, reviews and conclusions made by the project and the community. The Commission may obtain comments from a non-governmental organization conducting detailed evaluation activities in a detailed evaluation report prepared by a professional organization. The primary purpose of the general evaluation shall be to identify, mitigate and eliminate adverse environmental impacts from the implementation of the project based on legislation, research materials, techniques, technology, standards, rules, norms, and regulations. Initial Environmental Examination may be performed during the phase of the evaluation of major projects with strategic and foreign investment. The initial evaluation process begins with the receipt of the project document. The project document shall be submitted in written form and shall contain the following information and data: (a) location of the project and environmental outline; (b) feasibility study of the project; (c) exploration report and relevant photographs; (d) whether it has been included in the annual land management plan and program; (e) brief description of the project (Annex 1); (f) copies of constitutive documents of business entities and organizations; (g) technological solutions; and (h) certified relevant documents.
