In calculating forest areas for recreational use, optimal recreational pressure upon forest ecosystem shall be taken into consideration so as not to damage forest plantations and environment. Natural landscape, wildlife species, plants and water bodies shall be subject to protection on forest plots conceded for recreational uses. Recreational activities shall not be harmful to the environment or human health. Recreational forest use shall not impede the right of all citizens to use forests.
