This Order INEMA enters into force on the day of its publication.
Résumé

This Order INEMA, consisting of 49 articles divided into eleven Chapters and six Annexes, establishes guidelines, criteria and general procedures on the authorization for the amateur breeding of native passerine species. The management of passerine species of the Brazilian wildlife will be coordinated by the Institute of Environment and Water Resources (INEMA) for all stages related to the breeding, reproduction, maintenance, training, exhibition, transport, acquisition, keeping, storage, use and holding of tournaments. The passerine species management control activities include IBAMA's inspection. The control system adopted by IBAMA throughout the country will be used to prove the legality of the above mentioned activities with passerine species of the Brazilian wild fauna. The management the bird category must be registered in the SISPASS (Non-professional Passerine species Breeder Registry System) in accordance with the maintenance objectives:
