This Order INEMA, consisting of 33 articles divided into three Chapters and five Annexes, establishes the documents and studies necessary for the application to the Institute of Environment and Water Resources (INEMA) of administrative acts for environmental regularity of activities to be carried out within the State of Bahia. Declaratory acts listed below shall not be subject to renewal or extension of validity period, and, upon expiration, a new corresponding process shall be filed: a) Declaration of Controlled Burning (DQC); b) Declaration of Transportation of Hazardous Wastes (DTRP); c) Production Forestry Registry (RFP); d) Registry of Planted Forestry Exploitation or Logging (RCFP); e) Declaration of Intervention in Protected Area (DIAP).
